From The Heart Companion Services has been providing unparalleled in home care since 2006. All of our in-home care providers are extremely understanding, skilled, and experienced in caring for the needs of your loved ones. From The Heart was founded from the desire to help those who cannot completely help themselves. Our services are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We stand out from the rest simply because we genuinely care for our clients and understand that each situation is unique.
Our home care companions are special people. Each one is compassionate, caring, and fully aware of the special needs of the elderly and the physically challenged. Every home care companion receives ongoing training and is carefully instructed on the support and special requirements of each individual and family.
Once placed with a client, each home care companion is oriented with regard to client health history, interests and hobbies, as well as dietary needs and preferences. Before receiving his or her case assignments, each member of our highly skilled team of home care companions is comprehensively background-checked, bonded, insured, and monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure the highest quality care and companionship. They also go through a child-abuse clearance to further qualify them for caregiving to our clients.
From The Heart also offers replacement caregivers if your normal caregiver cannot make it to work. This is to ensure that our clients are given the attention, aid and assistance they need to insure continued quality of life. Our home care companions are thoroughly consulted on the special challenges presented by your circumstance, and will work closely with you so that your evolving needs are expertly addressed.
If you would like personal references for a potential one of your caregivers, please don’t hesitate to call us and we will provide them at your request.
